The innovator course offers an individualized educational program for working students who want to enrich their basic skills necessary for the most advanced research and to further develop their specialty while getting their Ph.D. Our mission is not only to develop originality and creativity of researchers, but also to train them to become innovative and international leaders in their research field. All candidates must to be employed by companies and have at least 2 years of research experience at the time of application. (If you have research experience of more than 2 years in a university or laboratory, you may be eligible without a master's degree).
